I’m Positive You Can’t Locate the 4th Object — Can You Find All Four? 👀🧩

At first glance, this looks like an ordinary bedroom scene: a couple relaxing under a blanket while three cats make themselves comfortable on the bed.

But hidden inside the picture are four objects:

A comb, a lipstick, a gift box, and a mirror.

The challenge claims that most people struggle to locate the fourth one. Before reading further, take another look at the image and see how many you can spot.

The Objects You Need to Find

Some of the items blend into the illustration better than others. The puzzle uses similar colors, outlines, and surrounding objects to distract your eyes.

The four targets are:

  1. Comb
  2. Lipstick
  3. Gift box
  4. Mirror

And that last object is the one the puzzle claims will fool you.

Did You Find the Gift Box?

Look near the couple at the top of the blanket.

A small object resembling a gift box with a bow can be seen near their hands.

Because it is placed among other details and uses similar pastel colors, it’s easy for your eyes to skip right over it.

What About the Mirror?

This one is easier once you know where to look.

Check the lower-left side of the bedroom scene, beside the nightstand and near the edge of the blanket.

There is a small hand mirror lying at an angle. Its light-colored reflective section and pink handle closely resemble the mirror symbol shown at the top of the puzzle.

So if the “4th object” means the fourth item listed across the top, the mirror is hiding near the bottom-left corner of the scene.

Why Are These Puzzles Surprisingly Difficult?

Your brain doesn’t examine every part of an image with equal attention.

When you first look at a picture, you’re naturally drawn toward:

  • People’s faces
  • Animals
  • Bright colors
  • Large shapes
  • The center of the image

Small objects near the edges can therefore be surprisingly easy to overlook.

That’s why an object can be sitting almost in plain sight and still take several seconds—or even minutes—to notice.

The Cats Make the Puzzle Even Harder

The three cats on the blanket immediately attract attention.

Their different colors and positions create several strong visual focal points, pulling your attention away from smaller objects hidden elsewhere.

Puzzle designers often use this type of distraction intentionally.

Your eyes keep returning to the most interesting parts of the picture while the answer remains somewhere much simpler.

So, Where Is the 4th Object?

The answer: the mirror. 🪞

Look toward the bottom-left of the bedroom illustration, on the floor beside the nightstand.

Once you see it, it becomes almost impossible to understand how you missed it the first time!

Did You Find All Four Without Help?

These hidden-object puzzles aren’t really tests of intelligence. They’re mostly tests of visual attention and patience.

Some people spot the answer immediately, while others can stare at the same picture for ages before suddenly seeing it.

That’s part of what makes them so addictive.

How many did you find before checking the answer—1, 2, 3, or all 4? 👀🧩
